Today I Discussed...

today’s political climate during my Global Leadership Club. We reviewed nationalism through different countries over the course of history and tried to make comparisons with our current president‘s proud statement of being a nationalist. Nationalism has always had a negative connotation due to its exclusivity, but now people are praising this type of racist behavior. This is beyond pride in one‘s nation, but is turning into hatred towards those who do not have white skin in America.
